I got it! Missha L'EAU DE MISSHA fragrances

Hi guys!

So this is another online purchase, this time from a site, yesstyle.com. They have all things fashion and beauty related from both Asian and Western brands. If you find G-market is hard to use or they don't ship to your country, then try yesstyle.com!

As some may know, I'm a HUGE fan of TVXQ and as a fan I couldn't help myself but to get this. I looked high and low for this and yesstyle.com was the only site I could find that carried this product.

Buy it here!

Besides me being a crazy TVXQ fan, these I think are a steal! Two 30ml perfumes for $65 USD is pretty cheap compared to other brands. It was pretty good timing since I was needing a new perfume and I was thinking about having a go-to perfume. The bottles themselves are really pretty! I personally like "Stay beside me" (silver bottle) more than "Always be mine" (gold bottle). I find that "Always be mine" is more of a mature scent. I'm not sure how to describe the scent but if you're into floral and slightly sweet smells then "Stay beside me" would best suit you.

Review: The Body Shop Born Lippy Lip Balms

Hi guys!

My family doesn't really celebrate Christmas, so instead I got myself a small present. In a few of my old posts I mentioned that I bought The Body Shop Born Lippy Lip Balm in Plum. I was so pleased so I decided to get some more!

Left to right: Plum, Pomegranate, Strawberry, Pink Berry

I initially got Plum since it was the darkest and to me and the best smelling one. This one definitely smells like a plum flavoured lolly and shows on the lips as a slightly dark pink/purple colour, great for days where you need a little more colour.

Pomegranate looks like a really bright red when you look at the balm itself but comes off more of an orange colour. I don't mind this smell but I know that there will be people that will be put off by the smell. It reminds me of the red Starburst lollies which I know that many of my friends would be grossed out by.

Strawberry I would say is a neutral, slightly dark pink but the colour doesn't show on the lips which I don't mind. The smell reminds me of the Hubba Bubba bubble gums (Australian readers must know what I'm talking about) which reminds me of my childhood! Love this smell!

Pink Berry is a pale pink which surprisingly does show on my lips. It makes them slightly nude which I really like. The smell which I also love, like strawberry flavoured gum.

Left to right: Plum, Pomegranate
As you can see the colour payoff isn't too bad for a lip balm

Pros:
- quite a large range of scents
- sweet smelling
 - moisterising: they don't feel super thick on the lips, but they aren't thin and slippery like the Nivea Lip Balms
- colours do show on the lips

Cons:
- the price on these I find is quite expensive for a lip balm. I got these for $10.95 AUD
- the smell can be too strong for some

Will I buy these again? A big YES!! Even though these are kind of expensive, they are second best lip balms I've tried EVER, after my Pawpaw Ointment.

Another Gmarket order!

Hi guys!

So this is the third part of my huge online orders. This again is from Gmarket and they had some SUPER CRAZY offers! The items were all for $1. That's right $1!!! Not sure how Gmarket pulled it off or how this was even possible but it wouldn't hurt taking advantage of the offer right?

SHINee Endorsed Shirt (Taemin Blue), Super Junior Boys in City- Paris France

This was a total steal. The original price was around $65-70 so getting this for only $1 was crazy!

I think this shirt's original price was around $30 but I don't think they have it on the site anymore.

Freebees (I think)
Left to right: Super Junior Poster, Super Junior Postcard Book, SHINee bag, SHINee Poster

If you haven't checked out Gmarket yet, then do so now! They always have sales and special offers!

First Sasa Order!

Hi guys!

So this is the second of the many upcoming post about my explosion of online orders. This time I got three items from SaSa. If you guys haven't heard of it, then it's a online site which sells skincare and cosmetics, both western and Asian brands. They also have stores in different parts of Asia, and I heard that they just opened a store somewhere in Sydney. So if you're looking for cheaper Asian beauty products, definitely check it out!

I bought two Laneige products.

Laneige Moisture Balancing Emulsion

I bought this since I was running out of my Missha Emulsion and I've tried Laneige products before but for some reason haven't gotten around to trying more products from them until now.

Laneige Water Sleeping Pack EX

I've heard so many good reviews about this product so I decided to try this out.

My Beauty Diary Black Pearl Sheet Masks

I like these so much I decided to get some more! This did come in a box but I threw it out before I could take pictures...

That's all folks! Have you guys tried out any Laneige products before?

REVLON GOODIES!!

Hi guys!

Yesterday there was a factory sale full of Revlon and some Almay products so me and Olivia decided to go and take advantage of it! It started on Friday and ends Sunday, so if you happen to live in Melbourne, go to the Melbourne Showgrounds and have a look! The discounts were kind of crazy and there a lot more products than I expected. Lipsticks for $5 and nail polish for $2!!

Left to right: Colourburst lipstick in Blush, Colourburst Lip butter in Berry Smoothie.

I was kind of disappointed that there was only Berry Smoothie there from the lip butters collection. It was in gift sets but I didn't like the colours in the set. Honestly I didn't think much of this colour but, man was I wrong! This colour is really nice on the lips!

Left to right: Colourburst lipstick in Blush, Colourburst Lip butter in Berry Smoothie.

Left to right: Not So Blueberry, Ocean Breeze, Peach Smoothie, Timeless

Revlon Colorstay Concealers

Left to right: Fair, Light/Medium

I wasn't sure which colour would suit me, and as you can see from the swatch Fair is the better match.

Almay Intense i-colour in 031 Tri for Browns

The pigmentation for these are average. The bottom shimmer colour was quite a disappointment though because it was quite hard to pick up colour, but the first two shades were really soft!

Mirror

When I first arrived at the venue, I went to all of the tables and I ended up with a really heavy bag full of products but I got rid of most items since I was sort of on a budget. There were quite a limit of colours. For lipsticks, there were mostly dark browns and super intense colours and it was quite hard to find neutral colours. The same thing goes for nail polishes. Most of the colours didn't appeal to me.

After that, me and Olivia decided to go to Priceline to check out the Kissable Lipstains, since it just came out in stores. I seriously don't understand why Australia is last to get newly released products... Priceline had a deal where you can get one lip or nail item and get the second item free. I couldn't help it, so I decided to get two colours from the line.

Left to right: Darling, Honey

These surprisingly have a strong minty/menthol smell but I personally don't mind it. All of the colours were pretty and quite wearable. Currently thinking whether I should get more...

Do you guys have a favourite Revlon product? If so, leave them in the comments! ^_^

Gmarket Purchases!

Hi guys!

So, after the first order from Gmarket, I couldn't help myself to getting more stuff from the site. This time, I decided to get some CD's! If you guys didn't know, I'm a huge fan of TVXQ (that's how I first got into Korean related stuff) and I'm trying to collect all of their CD's and DVD's. It's quite hard to find their old stuff since they don't really make a lot of copies now, and I was so glad the Gmarket stocked pretty much all of their CD's and at a really affordable prices.

Top to bottom, left to right: Show Me your love single (Korean), Close to you single (Japanese), Hug First single (Korean), Triangle First Album (Korean)

I'm SUPER HAPPY with my purchase and will definitely order more CD's from Gmarket! They came in good quality with no cracks or anything like that.

Just to let you guys know, this is ONE OF THE MANY online orders, so definitely look forward to more posts of my online purchases!

Review: Holika Holika Flying Mascara

If you guys saw my G-Market Haul post, then you would know that I bought this, and I've finally got around to reviewing this ^_^

Holika Holika Flying Magicara No.1 Curling mascara to eyelashes long, curved line, love line effectively. Maintain healthy eyes. Love like a butterfly curve, the long term.

With the Triple-proof effect (sebum proof, water resistance, flaky proof) that coat the lashes to become stronger and resistant to oil stains and tears to the eyes is smooth and long.

natural, uncurled eyelashes

eyelashes curled

one coat of the mascara

This definitely does what it claims! I wore this to a family wedding (which I will do a post on soon) and wore this for about 8 hours. This did not smudge or flake off and kept my lashes curled! I have SUPER oily lids and this did not transfer to the bottom lashes at all! I usually use about two coats, and any more will make lashes look clumpy.

This mascara does have small amounts of fibres that makes the lashes longer, and it definitely makes my lashes look longer. One thing to say is that this does not give any volume to my lashes however. I personally don't like volumizing mascaras so it's pretty much perfect for me.

Pros:
 waterproof
 smudge-proof
 does not flake off
easily removed with an oil based makeup remover
 keeps lashes curled all day
does not migrate down to bottom lashes
 lengthening and separates each lash
 classy packaging

Cons:
those looking for volumizing masacras will not like this since it does not volumize
can be hard to remove without an oil based makeup remover
brush can hold too much product
 can be hard to find

If you're looking for a mascara that's waterproof, long lasting curls and lengthens your lashes, then this is for you. Will I buy this again? If it's on sale again. Even though this is quite a cheap mascara (I got this on a sale for about $1 AUD), buying online can sometimes be a hassle.

Collective Freebees

Hi guys!

I'm finally free to start blogging again! I will definitely be blogging often since I literally have 4 months of break.
So, I've been getting some freebees these past few weeks and I thought I would share with you all what I got.

Etude House Aloe Moistfull Kit
Received this from my last g-market haul. I haven't come around to using this yet because I'm testing another  product. Will review this when I get the time to use it.

Nivea Facial Wash Gel
I was walking around the city and there were people giving this out. Received a handful of this but I gave some to family and friends.

Mecca Cosmetics Hydrating Facial Sunscreen SPF 30+

I was buying a perfume for my auntie at Myer and the assistant was nice enough to give some samples. I love DKNY perfumes and I'm so glad to get some samples! ^_^

That's all folks! Keep an eye out for product reviews and major hauls coming up!
